CONDITIONS
Check-in from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
(different timetables must be decided on the moment of the booking)
Check-out by 11 a.m.
A further 50% of the price of the room will be charged if the guest leaves after 11 a.m.
As a guarantee of the reservation either the complete details of a credit card or a 30% payment in advance by bank transfer are requested
  1. if cancellation takes place up to 10 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged
  2. if cancellation takes place up to 5 days before the date of arrival, a 30% of the total amount will be charged
  3. if cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged

Children from 5 years old are welcomed
It is forbidden to smoke everywhere
Dogs of small sizes, used not to making a mess in, not to barking and to sleeping in appropriate basket, are accepted
